Menoufia University President Receives Delegation from the National Center for Training and Leadership Development of the Supreme Council of Universities

Prof. Ahmed El-Kassed, President of Menoufia University, received a delegation from the National Center for Training and Leadership Development of the Supreme Council of Universities. This visit comes within the framework of the accreditation of the International Center for Faculty and Leadership Development at the university. The delegation included Prof. Omar Salem, Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at the National Training Center of the Supreme Council of Universities; Prof. Rasha El-Badry, Consultant at the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center and Coordinator of the National Center for Training and Leadership Development; and Prof. Mahmoud El-Habbaq, Deputy Director of the Central Unit for Information Technology Training at the National Training Center of the Supreme Council of Universities. The delegation was also attended by Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Prof. Gamalat Youssef, Director of the Faculty Development Center; Prof. Rania Azmy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service Affairs; Prof. Ahmed Abdel Qawy, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture; Alaa El-Gamal, Director of Finance and Administration; and the center's administrative staff.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kassed welcomed the delegation, expressing his pleasure at the committee's visit. He emphasized the important role played by the International Center for Faculty Development at the university in developing the capabilities of faculty members, academic and administrative leaders, and graduate students, and improving and raising the efficiency of institutional and educational performance of human resources within the university, in accordance with the university's vision and strategy and Egypt's Vision 2030, which aims to achieve sustainable development.

El-Kassed emphasized Menoufia University's commitment to adopting international academic standards of excellence in training and integrated human development for faculty members, support staff, and leadership at the local and regional levels.

During the visit, a team from the Electronic Knowledge Services Center visited the center and reviewed the services it provides to faculty members.

The delegation also praised the efforts made by its administrators to achieve the highest level of efficiency in services and logistical and technical equipment.
