Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, confirmed that the university’s coordination centers will continue to receive and provide support to first-phase Thanaweya Amma students until the end of the application period on Saturday, August 2, and will remain operational throughout the coordination process. He pointed out that the centers are fully equipped and staffed with qualified personnel to provide sufficient information to students and parents without influencing their choices, in addition to trained technicians on hand to address any issues that may arise with computers or internet connectivity.
The President added that the university has prepared comfortable waiting areas and equipped halls for both manual and electronic registration to ensure fast and efficient service for students.
He noted that a coordination center has been set up at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Theoretical Faculties Complex in Shebin El-Kom, equipped with the latest devices, free internet access, and all necessary facilities to assist students in registering their preferences. The center has also been supplied with a large number of devices to prevent overcrowding.
Prof. El-Kased stressed that the Education and Student Affairs Sector is fully prepared and is closely monitoring operations to ensure the success of the coordination centers in receiving Thanaweya Amma students and their parents, facilitating the electronic registration of their choices, and providing the necessary logistical support until the completion of all phases of coordination. He added that the coordination center operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Prof. Nasser Abdel-Bary, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, stated that guidance boards and announcements have been placed at the university’s coordination office and on the university’s website to provide students with helpful information during the registration period. Engineers, network specialists, and maintenance staff are also on site to address and resolve any technical issues.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the minimum admission scores for the first phase of coordination as follows:

Science stream: 293 marks or above (91.56% or higher) – 21,853 students.

Engineering stream: 283 marks or above (88.44% or higher) – 16,577 students.

Literary stream: 233 marks or above (72.81% or higher) – 54,073 students.
The first phase of coordination will continue until Saturday, August 2, 2025.
