Menoufia University Celebrates the Opening of the Fifth Environmental Week Festival

Dr. Abdul Rahman Kurman, Vice President of Menoufia University for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr. Adel Mubarak, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, and Dr. Mouawad El Khouli, President of the University, opened the fifth   Environmental Week Festival with the slogan of constructive communication for community service.

Mubarak said in his speech that the community service sector is witnessing a huge boom in its services, convoys and seminars, pointing out that the sector touches on all service activities aimed at building and developing society in all aspects. He also stressed in his speech that Jerusalem is Arab and will remain Arab forever.

Kurman welcomed the audience and said that the university is one entity and one family whose goal is to activate the culture of national belonging and control the energies of young people to be more positive in the issues of society and environment.

In another context, Kurman stressed that the university strongly rejects Trump's decisions, describing it as an offensive decision not to resort to legal evidence, and that it contradicts the Charter of the United Nations.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, the student Mahmoud Ali recite  a poetry poem entitled "I am a free Palestinian"

The ceremony was attended by a number of deans and faculty vice deans , students of the university and the organizing committee formed by Dr. Ali Hussein Attieh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Abdel Nasser Abdel Jawad, Vice Dean of Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Dr. Sahar Abdel Moneim, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Nahid Tahoun, Director General of Environmental Projects.
