Menoufia University is the beacon of Knowledge in Delta because of its sons who achieved scientific excellence. In the list of honor of the researchers of the University , the rector  praised the excellence of the researcher Mahmoud Issa, the assistant lecturer  at the Faculty of Science at the university, who is studying abroad for his doctorate and obtained more than one honor this year from Harbin University for  Technology.
Where he won the Outstanding Student Award from the School of Science. The competition was  between all Chinese and foreign students where,  the scientific production is  the only factor to win the award in January 2018.

The researcher also won the HIT STAR Award for April, which is awarded by the International Student Office of Harbin University to a foreign student monthly based on his academic, social and sports activities.
In addition, a recent European Statistical Survey (SCI) published in the last 15 years (2002-2017) has been published and discussed the real options approach to support decision making when signing long-term contracts for renewable energy projects. one of his research papers, published in 2017 in the Renewable Energy Journal (SCI-Q1), was one of the 101 research papers that were included in the study, the only Egyptian research, one of Menoufia University and Harbin University of Technology.
