In the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of  Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mouawad El Khouly, President of Menoufia University, signed a scientific and academic cooperation agreement with the Egyptian University for e-learning headed by Dr. Yasser Dakrouri, After the monthly session of the Supreme Council of Universities held yesterday evening.
Al-Khouly pointed out that the agreement is valid for five years and starts at the beginning of the next academic year. The agreement aims to contribute to achieving the objectives of the sustainable development plan in Egypt 2030, because economic progress comes through providing qualified human resources with distinguished education in modern and inter-disciplinary fields.
