Distinguished colleagues members of Menoufia  University.
Colleagues, faculty members and the supporting body.
Ladies and Gentlemen working in the administrative body of the University.
My sons and daughters of students.
I love all the employees of Menoufia University.
My family and my small family.

I stand between you today in these moments of my life, I am gripped by several feelings and words stand between love and prayer, and pass through my imagination memories of people, events and place, which will remain engraved in the heart and conscience, alive ... ... present ... always springing life .
Under the umbrella of this fort and the scientific edifice, which is the building that embraces the sky in the elevation, and read the verses of loyalty every moment between its sides .... The site is located in all of us heartbeat site .

At this critical and important moment in my career and in the course of the University of Menoufia, I assure all of you that all that has been achieved in building, renaissance and growth is ultimately the product of two complementary factors:
First of all, these cumulative efforts of the successive leadership and administrations of the university, and here from the secretariat that the most appropriate effort to its owners, allow me to extend to all of my predecessors who took responsibility from our professors of high stature, for their great gifts throughout the period of their administration to the university. It has become a lofty monument, proud and proud of it.

In spite of all the previous achievements, some of which have been achieved over the last four years, I consider that the greatest achievement achieved at the University of Menoufia in the past period is the team  work, which has been keen all the time on the unity of its vision and purpose in that the university is a single unit indivisible and no boundaries between its colleges; And we will keep the heart of one man; and we have removed the borders and the intervals between the faculties of mind and place and among the members of the other units of the university Everyone is with you I like this old institution but I like and showed this affiliation. The greatest gains made at the university in the past period are the beautiful spirit within the university between all the leaders and members, in which we can complete all the difficulties and challenges.

Today ... I stand in a farewell position after I was honored to take over the presidency of the university as a successor to the heights of high prestige .. I left him for a diligent and a new developer .. I came to you carrying a will, and thanked the duty ..

So what is the beginning of my commandment to make the magnificence of the Creator.

I invite you, teachers, employees and students to strive and communicate with each other. I invite you to make a serious and effective contribution to transform this great edifice into an icon that is referred to as bricks. We have accomplished a lot and you have witnessed it. We still need your efforts to do more. To circumvent an ultimate goal and goal, is the elevation of this precious country to all of us. And here we have contributed to the formation of our society in general knowledge and moral and behavioral to play the role of building and enlightenment.

I return to my job, which I adore without boring  .... I am a university professor carrying his mission, which I have always worked for ... I return to the silo of science that I have been longing for ... I return again to my dear faculty and scientists and my beautiful memories , Where research, students and the message of spreading science ...

I tell you that I never intended to hurt anyone, to harm anyone or to antagonize anyone, even if they hurt me.
I saw that the most difficult decisions were the decisions of the reward of any person ... After the issuance of the recommendation of the investigator and investigate the matter, I have always wanted and aim to straighten things and strive not to cause any harm.

This is my paper in front of you ..... I was seeking only to work and raise the structure of science

Finally, I will tell you that my heart is devoid of any negative feelings towards anyone, and I do not hold everyone except for all the friendliness, respect, and appreciation. Whoever is a lover will let us know, and whoever is an ally will advise us, and whoever has in his heart something of us, forgive us.

Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. “Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.”
