The Secretary-General of Menoufia  University opened the second session of the training course entitled "Program and Performance Budgeting" in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education to train workers in the finance sector in all units of the university over a period of 5 days. The training will begin tomorrow with a team from the Ministry of Higher Education.

The session was held under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University and Accountant, Mr. Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University and Accountant Elsaied  El-Toury, the Assistant Secretary-General of the University, the session lectured by  Soha Lashin, Director of Budget Department, Ahmed El Maghraby, Budget Accountant and Mr. Emad Radwan, Accountant in budget administration and in the presence of workers in the financial affairs sector of the university.

The lecturers also pointed out that this electronic system is concerned with balancing the programs and performance, which was commended by the Parliament and the Ministry of Planning and Finance to activate them at the administrative level of the State, and this session is held to exchange information and ideas and work to raise the abilities and skills of workers to facilitate the daily work.
