The MU Rector , Dr. Adel Mubarak, met with Major General Emad Moussa and Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Al-Asrj from Menoufia  Security Directorate to discuss ways of cooperation between the university and security leaders to receive the activities of the second University Youth Week for the Disability Challengers , which will be hosted by the University in September 2019 , And securing the carnival route, which includes delegates from 20 universities .

The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Qased, Vice-President for Graduate Studies and  Research and Accountant, Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary-General of the University and the heads of the organizing committees for the week's activities, Dr. Osama Madani, Dr. Ibrahim Gharib, Dr. Mohamed Zidan, Dr. Mostafa Abdel Khalek, Accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Head of the Central Administration of the President's Office. Major General Imad Al-Mesidi, Director General of Internal Security at the University, Eng. Rabab El-Daly, Director General of Engineering Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of Youth Welfare.
