Within the framework of the follow-up work to raise the evaluation of Menoufia University in the classification of global sites, and to place it in the ranking it deserves, the reports issued by the Webometrics Foundation to evaluate the sites of international universities announced the progress of the Menoufia University ranking to occupy the fourteenth place locally among the Egyptian public and private universities and the rank ( 2190) globally among (26368) universities.

It is noteworthy that the Webometrics World University Assessment is the largest system for evaluating international universities and is concerned with measuring the quality of educational and research services on the Internet, as it covers more than 20 thousand universities worldwide, and it is a semi-annual evaluation that is issued in January and July of each year in Spain by the Supreme Council For scientific research, it is based on the calculation of its world ranking for universities on the following criteria: site size, rich files, Google Scholar

Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, affirmed that the university is still continuing its constant endeavor to raise its classification to a level befitting the faculty members and the scientific level of its graduates and researchers through specific and serious steps and participation in the Ministry of Scientific Research's workshops and periodic meetings.
