Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, held the Committee for Laboratories and Scientific Devices for the month of February 2021 via the "online" electronic communication sites. Mubarak confirmed during the meeting that the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development was addressed to include the project of establishing Menoufia National University in Tookh Tanbasha in the plan for the fiscal year 2020/2021, and coordination was made with the ministry to conduct transfers and modifications to the plan to speed up the completion of the project.

The Laboratory and Scientific Devices Committee includes in its membership the Vice-Presidents of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kased for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri for Community Service and Environmental Development, Accountant Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University, Deans of Faculties, Accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Head of the Central Administration of the President's Office Accountant Mohamed Saeed, Director General of Planning and Follow-up, Accountant Nasr Salam, Director General of Procurement.
