The Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Menoufia University, opened a training camp for the mobile clan under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the supervision of Dr. Ayman El-Sayed Amira, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Fathi El-Sayed Abdel-Samie, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Saeed Kabuh, Director of Youth Welfare Department College and Mohamed Ragab, Chairman of the Roaming Committee of the College.

The Head of the Scout Committee pointed out that the main goal of the Roamers is to prepare a youth with an integrated personality by achieving the spirit of belonging to the community by realizing their needs and meeting them, taking into account the psychological, social and cultural needs, developing their knowledge, expanding their perceptions, increasing their culture and information, in addition to providing them with the values ​​of the promise and the Scout Law, developing their scouting skills. Maintaining his health, preparing him physically, rehabilitating him to assume responsibility and making decisions, refining his talents and developing his own capabilities. Saeed Kabuh also stressed the importance of preserving the values ​​and codes of honor for the rangers, adhering to the instructions of the leaders and maintaining a decent appearance in the camp.
