Menoufia University celebrated the Challenge Day with people of determination as part of the university’s contributions to the initiative of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, under the patronage and presence of Dr. Al-Sukari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, in the covered hall at the University Stadium.
In his speech, Prof. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, expressed his happiness on this day and his presence among his sons of high abilities, stressing the interest of the state and His Excellency President Abdel Fattah in all segments of society, especially people of determination and people with special abilities, and the launch of many initiatives directed to them in order to discover their various talents and enhance their capabilities. and support their will and determination to continue their path in society, integrating them to participate in all state activities, in addition to overcoming all obstacles and challenges facing them.
Mubarak stressed that the university will organize many of these meetings throughout the year to encourage people of determination and those with special and superior abilities.
He also thanked everyone who participated in organizing this celebration and the Resala Association, and congratulated the Egyptian state on the occasion of the New Year, wishing further progress and prosperity for our beloved country, Egypt.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagoury, Advisor to the President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, welcomed the participants of determination on the day of the challenge, “They are able to make a difference.” He stressed the role of the community service and environmental development sector at the university in paying great attention to various segments of society, especially people of determination, and working to provide various services and participations. To them, and thanked everyone who participated in this celebration, and thanked the Association of the Sponsor of the celebration.
The celebration began with a march in the university stadium, presented by the president of the university, accompanied by students of determination from different groups, then the celebration moved to the covered hall. Al-Amal and Al-Noor School are under the supervision of the Department of Special Education. The ceremony also included a technical segment presented by the Quesna Branch Resala Association choir team and a bell football match.
A team from the University's College of Early Childhood Education also participated in an artistic performance for the students, a patriotic song in sign language, and supervised the training of the students, Dr. Rania Hamed.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Osama Madani, Media Adviser to the President of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Amr El-Keshki, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood, Alaa Fathi, Director General of the General Administration for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of Youth Welfare, Major General Imad Al-Masidi, Director General of Security.
