The Department of Leadership Development at the General Administration for Student Welfare, Menoufia University, organized a visit to the new administrative capital in coordination with the leadership of the Popular Defense Forces and the military under the auspices of Dr.Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the general supervision of Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of the Public Administration.

The delegation included (30) male and female students from the university and members of student unions in coordination with the Military Education Department at Menoufia University. The delegation was received by the Chief of Staff of War Engineer, the head of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, and a number of officers responsible for implementing projects that take place in the administrative capital. The visit aims to develop the spirit of loyalty and belonging and educate university youth about the national projects carried out by the state in all directions

The visit program included the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ, Treasures Exhibition of Marble and Granite, the Capital Hospital, the Sports City, the National Council for the Families of Martyrs, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the government district, the Ministry of Finance, the People’s Square and the People’s Park, the memorial, the People’s Assembly, Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque,

At the end of the visit, shields were exchanged, and Tariq Kamal, Director of the Leadership Preparation Department, thanked the Chief of Staff of War Engineer, President of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, on behalf of the University President and Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

He also directed to the Director of the Military Education Department at Menoufia University with thanks and appreciation for the effort expended for the success of the visit, the good organization, and the high spirit of overcoming all obstacles to the success of this visit.
