Under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, the committee to develop the strategic plan for Menoufia University Hospitals 2022/2027 met today, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Koura, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, and the Secretariat of Dr. Mohamed El-Sawy, Executive Director of University Hospitals, after the approval of the Hospitals Board of Directors The university formed its formation and the approval of the university president, Professor on the formation.
In its first meeting, Dr. Mahmoud Koura, Dean of the College and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, welcomed the members of the development of the strategic plan for Menoufia University Hospitals 2022/2027, noting that during the recent period many modernization, development and expansion works in the infrastructure within university hospitals were also carried out. Adding an area of five acres of sea to university hospitals to establish the Menoufia University Medical City project, in addition to the outpatient clinics building whose finishing works are being completed. A five-year plan that aligns with Menoufia University's vision and strategic plan, and is based on national indicators for Egypt's Vision 2030 to achieve sustainable development goals.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed El-Sawy, Executive Director of University Hospitals, explained that the first meeting discussed a clear mechanism of action during the stages of developing the strategic plan by setting a clear vision that achieves the goals, objectives and mission of Menoufia University Hospitals, taking into account the environmental analysis that includes opportunities and threats, as well as strengths and weaknesses from building A strong strategic plan in line with Egypt's vision 2030 and providing medical service with the best standards of health care quality.
His Excellency also indicated that the members of the strategic plan development committee will be divided into sub-committees. Each committee will study and develop proposals in the matters assigned to it and final approval of them at the general meeting of the strategic plan development committee.
