Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, received a delegation from the Supreme Council of Universities, the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and officials of the Thinqi learning management system, represented by Dr. Hisham Farouk, Assistant Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Digital Transformation, and Dr. Gharib Zaher, Professor of Educational Technology at the University Mansoura and Chairman of the Committee, Dr. John Fayez, Deputy Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center, Dr. Alaa Abdel-Aty, Director of the Electronic Testing Unit at the Supreme Council of Universities, Engineer Mahmoud Hussein, General Coordinator of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and Engineer Mahmoud Ahmed, Director of Training at the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
 
 
Mubarak welcomed the delegation at Menoufia University to hold a meeting to discuss the possibilities of the system and the obstacles that students and members may face, stressing the importance of the learning management system for its use in providing e-learning services at the university, through contracting with one of the international companies specialized in developing learning management systems at the international level. To achieve a qualitative leap in contemporary international education systems.
 
 
Mubarak referred to the cooperation agreement that was signed between the Supreme Council of Universities and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, for the benefit of public universities. Learning among public universities with obtaining general statistics on the extent of the use of technology in education, benefiting from authoring tools, virtual classes, the dense content of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and electronic tests.
 
 
The delegation was received by Dr. Osama Abdel-Raouf, Dean of the College of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Essam Shawky, E-Learning Supervisor at the University, Dr. Tamer Fathi Ghanem, Supervisor of the Administrative Information Systems Unit at the University, Dr. Mina Ibrahim Samaan, Supervisor of the Information Technology Unit at the university and professors at the Faculty of Computers and Information, and Engineer Rabab Abdel Hamid, Director of the University. The university’s e-learning, and the engineer Muhammad Al-Najjar and the engineer Walid Badawy, as representatives of the e-learning team at the university.
 
 
After the meeting, the delegation headed to the auditorium to hold an expanded meeting with the university’s vice president for education and students affairs and the university’s e-learning team. The meeting resulted in agreeing on some mechanisms to ensure integration between the technical team of the Thinqi Learning Management System and the university’s e-learning center team. It will remove the obstacles that may face faculty members and students while using the system.
