Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, met with faculty members and the supporting staff assigned to work at Menoufia National University, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and accountant Galal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the University.

Mubarak began the meeting by presenting the journey of establishing Menoufia National University, which started its idea since he assumed the presidency of the university in 2018, and sending a letter to the ministry to discuss the establishment of Al-Menoufia National University in the Tukh Tanbesha Research Unit, and the start of the work journey to achieve this important achievement that has now been achieved to start studying in it in two programs: planning and building cities The Smart College of the College of Engineering, and the Internet of Things and Big Data Analysis Program at the College of Computer and Artificial Intelligence.

Mubarak confirmed that Al-Menoufia National University was established in implementation of the directions of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, to expand the establishment of private universities in order to develop the higher education system, with the focus of study there on modern sciences and advanced scientific disciplines that qualify young people for the current labor market, whether inside or outside Egypt. It contributes to achieving sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030, and providing a distinguished non-profit educational service, with the state bearing the largest cost burden for serving students.

Mubarak discussed with faculty members and the supporting body, in the presence of Dr. Osama Abdel Raouf, Dean of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Hatem Muhammad, Dean of Computers and Information, Dr. Ibrahim Hashem, Coordinator of the Faculty of Engineering Program, Dr. Tamer Fathy, Coordinator of the Computer and Artificial Intelligence Program, the outlines of the workflow at the National University, the distribution of study schedules and the work plan. Directed by the importance of continuous presence among students and communication with various means of communication to serve students and answer their inquiries, and the importance of educating students during their reception in the first days of study about the national projects that the Egyptian state is witnessing under its wise political leadership to serve the Egyptian citizen, including private universities, which aim to provide modern educational programs to keep pace with technology The fourth generation and the graduation of a student capable of breaking into the labor market.
