This morning, an integrated medical awareness convoy was launched from the University of Menoufia to the villages of the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", the village of Mit Fares in the Berket El-Saba Center, under the auspices of Dr. Wajdi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, Dr. Reda Al-Fishawy, General Coordinator of the University for Integrated Convoys, and Colonel Ahmed Salama, Director of the Foundation for a Decent Life in Menoufia.


The convoy included 13 medical specialties, where 686 medical cases were examined, including 71 general internal cases, 140 children, 59 chest, 23 heart and blood vessels, 28 nose and ear, 78 orthopedics, 30 family medicine, 30 eyes, 35 teeth, 28 nose and ear, 40 dermatology, 13 tracts, 70 surgeries.


The convoy also made the necessary transfer to university hospitals and extracted treatment decisions at the expense of the state, with free medicines distributed to all cases.


On the sidelines of the convoy work, Dr. Farid Wagdy, Professor of Ophthalmology, presented an awareness seminar on “blue water.” Dr. Mai Abdel-Khalek, Professor at the Faculty of Home Economics, spoke about “Alternative Food to Boost Immunity.” Dr. Hana El-Sayyad, Assistant Professor at the College of Nursing, presented a seminar on “First Aid.” "


Dr. Eman Shukr, Coordinator of the Menoufia University for the Addiction Combating Fund, participated in cooperation with the volunteers of the Addiction and Drug Abuse Combating Fund, in directing against the dangers of addiction and raising the necessary awareness to combat and treat addiction.


Dr. Shaimaa Al-Karsh, Medical Coordinator of the Foundation for a Decent Life in Menoufia, Dr. Zaki Madi, Coordinator of a Decent Life at the Berket El-Saba Center, Major General Waheed El-Hadary, Head of the Berket El-Saba City Council, Dr. Noha Konsowa, Director of the Health Unit in Mit Fares, Dr. Iman Manna, Coordinator of the Convoys at the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Mr. Alaa Fathi, Director The year of the General Administration of Community Service and a large number of decent life volunteers at the Barakat Al-Saba Center.


The medical team supervised the convoy, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Sebaei, Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Rabab Mubarak, Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Haitham Maimoun, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and Dr. Amal Shehata, Dean of the College of Nursing.
