Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, today Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, received a delegation from the Youth Parliament of Menoufia Governorate, headed by Amal El-Hinawy, Director of the Parliament and Civil Education Department at the Directorate of Youth and Sports, and Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud, President of the Egyptian Youth Parliament at the level of the Republic.

The meeting dealt with emphasizing the importance of the role of the youth parliament in developing the conditions of villages and rural society, discussing and introducing youth to the national strategy, holding forums, workshops and panel discussions to familiarize students with the importance of their role in achieving the national strategy of the state and participating in the Egyptian Rural Development Center at the university. The two parties agreed to organize a conference aimed at introducing youth Menoufia Governorate for the Egyptian Youth Parliament.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Farid Wagdy, Vice Dean of the College of Applied Health Sciences for Community Service and Environmental Development, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the university, and a large number of members of the youth parliament in Menoufia Governorate.
