Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and Mr. Hatem Fouad El-Komy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the El-Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development, signed a cooperation protocol with the aim of cooperation and participation in several fields to serve all groups of the Egyptian people.
Dr. Ahmed El-Kased explained that Menoufia University is participating with the El-Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development in implementing integrated convoys in order to achieve maximum benefit from them in all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, for example, but not limited to medical, scientific, research and engineering convoys. Ordinary and electronic training courses for the people of the country in various scientific fields through the use of scientific cadres, specialized professors, and educational scientific materials in various disciplines, in order to help young people to raise the intellectual and scientific level. Menoufia University also provides all kinds of consultations required by the Komi Foundation for Sustainable Development, such as scientific consultations Technical, health, engineering and legal.
Mr. Hatem El-Komy added that the El-Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development is a civil, non-profit organization that aims to serve the development and enable the Egyptian society to lead a decent life through studied contribution in the fields of agricultural and economic development, health, educational, cultural and scientific services, care for Egyptian families of all categories, and environmental protection. Preserving them and developing local communities. In this context, the El Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development is always striving to reach what it aims for through real effective partnerships with serious institutions and associations working in the same aforementioned fields.
The terms of the agreement also include the participation of the El-Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development as a sponsor of the various activities, seminars and scientific conferences organized by the university according to the agreement between the two parties. El-Komy Foundation participates in reviving the breeding and care of local breeds at Menoufia University and maximizing their utilization in production and marketing in various forms.
The university president announced that the university will partner with the El-Komy Foundation for Sustainable Development to create outlets selling vegetables, meat, poultry and fish at reduced prices, in order to meet the food needs of Egyptian families.
The signing of the protocol was witnessed by Dr. Sobhy Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ibrahim Darwish, Vice Dean of the College of Agriculture for Community Service and Environmental Development, General Coordinator of this agreement on behalf of Menoufia University, Major General / Hassan Mahmoud Mohamed Hassan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the El Komy Foundation and General Coordinator of the Convention on behalf of Enterprise.
