The Quality Assurance Center at Menoufia University organized a training course to discuss the concepts of quality management systems in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001: 2015) for internal auditors and all department coordinators at the university, under the auspices of Dr. Director of the Quality Assurance Center and Vice Dean of the College of Dentistry for Education and Student Affairs, and Ahmed Saleh, Director of Development and Performance Evaluation for Quality Assurance.

Dr. Mohamed Amin of the Arab Company for Engineering Consulting and Systems clarified the concepts on which quality management systems are based on the value and requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001: 2015) and discussed the principles of quality management and its provisions in applying management standards and systems and ways to improve quality processes within the institution and the relationship management system Inside and outside the institution and until reaching the achievement of the objectives of the institution and refining its employees with knowledge of all the items entrusted to those objectives and regulations in order to work on applying quality standards.

The training course also touched on discussing plans and processes among business personnel to confront potential risks and develop positive implementation plans to solve them and improve the quality of work in the institution, which requires discussing leadership responsibilities in terms of functional structure, as well as continuous performance evaluation and documentation.
