The President of the University discussed the general controls for the e-book and directed the establishment of new controls that would develop the general frameworks for the e-book, in implementation of the presidential directives and the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities to develop the higher education system and move towards advanced e-learning, and the University President stressed that the e-book must include different formats of media Also, direct linking to information on the World Wide Web, featuring videos and practical explanation experiences, and easy browsing between parts of the book to achieve full benefit.

The President of the University directed the deans to follow up on the completion of uploading all books on the electronic platform, and to assign faculty members to implement the general controls for this matter and not to print any paper books or notes outside the general framework of the e-book system, and in case of violation, the necessary legal measures are taken.

The university president also stressed the importance of continuous training, improving the performance and raising the efficiency of faculty members and workers, holding specialized and various training courses to provide them with different skills, and defining the target of these courses accurately, in addition to developing a clear training bag for training, pointing to the need to limit the units that carry out training activities in The university and presenting the training programs to the Higher Committee for Training for approval.

El-Kased praised the training program at the Faculties of Agriculture and Nursing in cooperation with civil society organizations and international institutions, pointing to the need to focus on research activity and scientific research directed in cooperation with donors according to the actual needs of society while encouraging scholarships for faculty members.

The president of the university suggested providing a budget from the research unit directed at solving the problems facing the region and society.

The university president was tasked with forming a committee of various disciplines to present a proposal for the constructions and specializations that the university needs to be implemented in the area that has been allocated for the benefit of the expansions of Menoufia University in Sadat City, which amounts to 200 acres, and to present it to the university council to take the final decision in this regard.

The President of the University briefed the members on the proposal of the internal and financial regulations of the Menoufia National University and discussed any proposals to reach the final version of the regulations.
