Today, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, inaugurated the workshop for the training program, Be a Leader, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Mansour Mohamed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ibrahim Darwish and Dr. Ilham Ghoneim, Vice Deans of the Faculty of Agriculture. And a large number of university faculty members, students for Egypt’s family, and representatives of Enroot Development Company, where the training comes within the activation of the protocol concluded between the university and the company.
Dr. Ahmed El-Kased expressed his happiness to participate in student activities that contribute to building the students' personality and congratulated the attendees, students and university employees on the night of mid-Sha'ban.
The university president confirmed that this cooperation comes out of Menoufia University's keenness to organize training courses that aim to continuously develop the skills of university students, qualify them for the labor market, and spread the culture of entrepreneurship. And micro and micro, and develop their skills in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and increase students’ awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship and learn about the characteristics of the entrepreneur and evaluate the opportunities available to establish projects
El-Kased added that Menoufia University is keen to prepare the student to be successful in society, and that the university has concluded many protocols with various parties for this goal, developing students' life capabilities and qualifying them for the labor market, indicating that there are many projects that need small capital that young people can start with, and because many Large international companies started with an idea, and he called on students to study the labor market and choose the idea of starting their own small projects, stressing the university's full support for students and various student activities.
Dr. Ayman Issa indicated that the workshops aim to spread the culture of entrepreneurship in line with the requirements of globalization and the new republic, stressing that the College of Agriculture provides full support for students to establish small projects in the agricultural field and comprehensive agricultural development.
Dr. Elham Ghoneim, the leader of the Students for Egypt family at the Faculty of Agriculture, added that the “Students for Egypt” family targets one of the important vital issues related to entrepreneurship, which stems from the development and implementation goals of the 2030 sustainable development strategy. Noting that the training under the title "Be Entrepreneurial" aims to build the Egyptian personality and consolidate it in the Egyptian youth.
It is worth noting that the "Be Entrepreneurial" program targets 500 male and female students and graduates of Menoufia University to develop students' knowledge of the foundations of entrepreneurship and the establishment of small and micro enterprises.
