50 male and female students from the faculties of agriculture, economics, and specific education participated in the visit. Dr. Ayman Hafez Essa, Dean of the College of Agriculture, accompanied the students during the visit, Colonel Muhammad al-Amin al-Sayyid in the Office of the Military Adviser, Tariq Kamal, Director of the Leadership Development Department, and Asmaa Muhammad al-Hadi, the supervisor of the regiment. During the visit, a documentary film was shown about the establishment of the company, its factories, and how to operate it. Silo Foods Egypt was established on an area of 170 acres, with a total production capacity of 470,000 tons annually, as one of the largest cities for food industries in the world.

The city of “Silofoods” includes many integrated production factories, such as the biscuit, pasta and bakery factory, the dairy factory, as well as the sweetness and carton factories.

The students made an inspection tour of the place, during which the concerned officers accompanied the delegation inside the company's factories.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Ayman Hafez Essa, Dean of the College of Agriculture, gave thanks on behalf of the university president to the Silo Foods family for the good reception. For the visit, a representative of the Silo Foods family presented the national service shield to Menoufia University. He received it on behalf of the university president, Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture. Souvenirs were distributed to the participating delegation.
