Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, chaired the meeting of the University Needs Committee, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President of Menoufia University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Adel Nassar, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Amgad Emara, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce

Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Fatiha Batikh, Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari, Dean of the College of Medicine, and Dr. Mohamed Saafan, Dean of the College of Engineering.

The committee ratified the minutes of the previous session and followed up on the implementation of its decisions

El-Kased pointed out that the committee followed up the implementation of the five-year plan for the needs of university colleges of teaching assistants and faculty members and the appointment of teaching assistants, in addition to the committee studying the petitions submitted by faculty members and early graduates.

The committee also discussed the needs of the Faculties of Commerce, Dentistry, Law, Medicine, the Liver Institute and the Faculty of Electronic Engineering from teaching assistants in the various departments in preparation for presenting them to the University Council.

During the committee, El-Kased emphasized the university's commitment to implementing the university's five-year plan and commitment to transparency and objectivity when appointing teaching assistants and faculty members, and that the appointment be in accordance with the actual needs of the colleges and the followed rules.
