Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the Department of Families and Student Unions, in the General Administration of Student Welfare, participated in the third festival of student families at Kafrelsheikh University, which was organized by Kafrelsheikh University in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the title “Youth of the New Republic” under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Shaheen. The festival is held for the third year in a row with the aim of developing the spirit of competition among family students in Egyptian universities. The number of participating universities this year reached 20 Egyptian universities, and the festival included games of “football, table tennis, basketball, karate, and darts.”
Dr. Ahmed El-Kased stressed the importance of student activities and the university’s keenness to participate in competitions organized by universities
In addition to the student activities that the university organizes for students and provides good-level trainers to train students in various sporting activities, as well as preparing many cultural and social activity competitions for students in colleges.
The university achieved advanced positions in the festival competitions, as the university took first place in the game of football and third place in the game of darts. The university delegation was supervised by Amal Al-Sawy, Director of the Families and Unions Department, Captain Wissal Al-Qat, Abdullah Fikri, and Sayeda Bedir.
