Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, chaired the meeting of the University Needs Committee, in the presence of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hazem Saleh, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Counselor Omar Turki. The legal advisor to the university president, the committee members from the relevant college deans, and the general director of faculty affairs.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased began the meeting by congratulating the members of the committee, the employees of the university, the Islamic nation, and the Egyptian people on the approaching advent of Eid Al-Fitr, and the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, hoping to return these blessed days to the Egyptian and Islamic people with Yemen and blessings and to accept good deeds from everyone.
Dr. Ahmed El-Kased confirmed that during the meeting, the departmental needs were reviewed to assign teaching assistants according to the five-year plan 2024-2029 for each college’s departmental needs, stressing the necessity of adhering to the five-year plan approved by the University Council and committing to transparency and objectivity when developing the needs plan, and that the appointment be in accordance with the actual needs of the colleges and bases. Regulating legal law and the law regulating universities, pointing out the necessity of setting clear definitions and conditions for each job.
The President of Menoufia University indicated that the committee discussed the needs of the colleges and the basis for appointment and assignment in accordance with the applicable rules and regulating laws, explaining that the five-year plan for the colleges of veterinary medicine and the college of commerce was discussed.
