Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and Major General Ibrahim Abu Laimon, Governor of Menoufia, received Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, at the Governorate's General Diwan. The meeting was attended by Dr. Gouda Ghanem, Head of the Education Sector and Secretary of the Supreme Council for Institute Affairs. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Supreme Council of Universities' visit and the inauguration of the Measurement and Evaluation Center at the Faculty of Law at the Theoretical Complex.
Prof. Ahmed El-Kased welcomed Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education, and his accompanying delegation, expressing his happiness with the Supreme Council of Universities' visit to Menoufia University. He emphasized Menoufia University's full support for the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the primary supporter of education development in Egypt, and the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education to enhance the quality of education, localize technology, and prepare cadres capable of leading the march of progress in all fields, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 and achieving the vision and objectives of the National Strategy for Higher Education.
The Governor of Menoufia also welcomed the Minister of Higher Education to the governorate, emphasizing his commitment to fruitful cooperation and coordination between the governorate and the ministry to advance the education sector and achieve the best educational environment for our students, in line with the societal development witnessed by the country across all sectors, in accordance with the goals of the new republic and Egypt Vision 2030. For his part, the Minister of Higher Education thanked the Governor of Menoufia and the University President for the warm welcome, expressing his happiness to be in the governorate today. He praised the Governor's efforts and the provision of all means of support and capabilities to improve the quality of education. He also praised the University and its future projects at various levels to advance the education and university sectors in line with the aspirations and challenges of the next phase, in order to achieve sustainable development led by the Egyptian state.
