Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, extended his sincere congratulations to Prof. Abdel Aziz Konsowa on the occasion of his appointment as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, wishing him continued success in carrying out the responsibilities of his new post and expressing his confidence that the coming phase will witness further progress and achievements in Egypt’s higher education and scientific research system.

The University President commended the Minister’s distinguished academic vision and leadership, noting that it will effectively support the ongoing development of Egyptian universities and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt Vision 2030.

Prof. El-Kased added that the higher education sector is currently undergoing a pivotal stage that requires close coordination and integration of efforts between the Ministry and universities to advance academic programs, strengthen applied scientific research, and align educational outcomes with the evolving demands of the labor market. He affirmed that Menoufia University places its full academic and research capabilities at the service of the State’s strategy to enhance university education.

He further emphasized the University’s commitment to actively engaging in national initiatives launched by the Ministry and to expanding partnerships with educational and research institutions both domestically and internationally, in a manner that contributes to improving the global standing of Egyptian universities and reinforcing their competitiveness.

The President concluded by reaffirming the University’s full support for all efforts aimed at developing the higher education and scientific research system under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and his unwavering support for the advancement of higher education and scientific research in Egypt.
