Menoufia University President Inspects Manshiyat Sultan University Hospital to Monitor Work Regularity and Medical Service Quality Media Department 16/05/2026 Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, conducted an inspection tour today at Manshiyat Sultan University Hospital to follow up on workflow regularity and ensure the quality of medical services provided to patients, accompanied by Prof. Mohamed Samir, the hospital director. During the tour, the President inspected several departments and medical units, including outpatient clinics, pediatric intensive care units, neonatal incubator unit, dialysis unit, operating rooms, laboratories, radiology unit, and sterilization unit, to ensure the efficiency and continuity of healthcare services. He also monitored the attendance of medical shift teams, including physicians and nursing staff, and reviewed the level of cleanliness and discipline across all departments. He emphasized the importance of adhering to quality standards and infection control protocols to ensure the provision of safe and high-quality healthcare services. The President noted that Manshiyat Sultan University Hospital includes more than 18 outpatient clinics, and confirmed that the university is working on further developing healthcare services by expanding the number of clinics and specialties to meet citizens’ needs and enhance healthcare delivery in the governorate. He added that the hospital employs 55 physicians and 95 nurses, in addition to 24 inpatient beds and 23 dialysis units, reflecting the scale of medical services provided to the community. Prof. El-Kased affirmed that Menoufia University places great importance on the development of university hospitals and the enhancement of their efficiency as a key pillar in healthcare and community service, stressing the university’s continuous support through modern medical equipment and qualified medical personnel to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
