Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, extended his sincere congratulations to Prof. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, following the issuance of a decision by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, appointing him as Acting Minister of Culture, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Prof. El-Kased stated that this appointment reflects the great confidence placed in Prof. Konsowa by the political leadership, in recognition of his distinguished academic and administrative expertise, as well as his proven ability to assume national responsibilities with competence and dedication.

The University President noted that combining the portfolios of Higher Education and Culture during this important stage underscores the significance of integrating efforts to build the Egyptian citizen while advancing both the higher education and cultural sectors. He added that this integration contributes to achieving the goals of the New Republic and supports Egypt's vision for sustainable development.

Prof. El-Kased further emphasized that the higher education and cultural sectors represent two fundamental pillars in developing the Egyptian citizen, strengthening national identity, promoting enlightened thought, and fostering creativity and innovation. He expressed his confidence in Prof. Konsowa's ability to continue advancing both sectors in line with the Egyptian State's vision and the directives of the political leadership.

The President of Menoufia University concluded his congratulatory message by wishing Prof. Abdelaziz Konsowa continued success in carrying out his responsibilities and every success in achieving further accomplishments for the higher education and scientific research system while strengthening Egypt's cultural mission in service of the nation and its people.
