Under the auspices of the rector Dr. Adel Mubarak and the supervision of department of families and students unions at Youth welfare. A team from the university participates in the Egyptian Universities Alabakera “the Geniuses “TV show , which is broadcast by Alkahera wal nas channel. Dr. Mohamed Shahin , director general of  Youth Welfare directorate pointed out that the team starts its 1^st competition on Friday,  8^th March  in face of South Valley University.

Amal Al Sawy, director of families and students unions added that the team include 8 students from different faculties as follows : Rana Ayman , Yara Shehab , Ahmed Mohamed Al Batahgy from Faculty of Medicine, Ali Shaaban from Pharmacy, Alaa Adel from Veterinary Medicine , Abdel Monsif Mustafa from Faculty of Arts, Fatma Mohamed fro Faculty of Education. The team supervised by Gehan Abdel Aziz.
