Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, inaugurated the university's e-learning center website, which was designed in light of the digital transformation witnessed by Menoufia University, especially since e-learning has become a requirement for various higher education institutions in the world.
 
Mubarak praised the design of the website, which will provide an opportunity for faculty members to present their courses in existing modern methods
 
 
To employ information and communication technology, create an academic creativity environment to achieve the quality of e-learning and distance education, raise the level of service provided to university students, and spread the culture of e-learning among the groups of society through the employment of modern information and communication technology, and enrich scientific research and community service.
 
 
Dr. Essam Shawky, supervisor of the E-Learning Center, presented a report on the center's objectives, which include establishing an e-learning system at the university and setting appropriate mechanisms for its management and success. According to sound scientific foundations, developing the skills of faculty members in employing and using e-learning and distance learning, developing students’ skills related to the e-learning system and e-courses to prepare a generation capable of communicating with others and interacting with the changes of the age, contributing to the dissemination of e-learning culture among the university community Enhancing the use of international specifications and standards in the field of e-learning and distance learning, providing the opportunity for the increasing number of students to obtain education according to the approved standards.
 
 
Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, thanked each of: Dr. Essam Shawky Shebl, the e-learning supervisor at the university, the engineer Rabab Abdel Hamid Abdullah, the director of e-learning at the university, and the engineer Muhammad Fouad, the content developer and website designer, with great thanks for the apparent effort.
