Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, congratulated Dr. Mostafa Madbouly on the renewal of confidence and the new ministers, following their swearing-in before President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, wishing them all success in their new work tasks and serving our beloved Egypt under the wise political leadership.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased also congratulated Dr. Ayman Ashour on the occasion of renewing his term as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, wishing him success and the continuation of his fruitful efforts in developing and modernizing the higher education system to contribute to the advancement and magnification of our dear Egypt.

El-Kased praised the tangible efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Ayman Ashour, and the launch of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research, and the provision of all forms of support to advance this sector and raise the academic and research level, to achieve sustainable development 2030, stressing that the higher education and scientific research sector in Egypt has received the attention and support of the political leadership during the past ten years, which has led to unprecedented development in this important sector.
