Under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, Menoufia University is participating in the Egyptian Banking Institute's (EBI) Training for Employment Program (TFE) for 2025 for fourth-year students and graduates with a cumulative GPA of "Good" in all university majors.
Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, emphasized that the University is committed to supporting students and graduates in all academic and research disciplines, equipping them with the skills that will enable them to develop their capabilities and join the labor market in accordance with the requirements imposed by recent entrepreneurship. This includes restoring the opportunity for students in various academic disciplines at Egyptian public and private universities, as well as graduates, to participate and train in the Training for Employment Program at the Egyptian Banking Institute. The program offers a range of training skills to students and graduates each year, with the aim of enhancing their talents and developing their capabilities. These skills include teamwork, strategic training, communication skills, human resources basics, the sales journey, customer mindset, CV writing, and personal interviews. Additionally, the program offers students the opportunity to learn basic marketing skills, problem-solving skills, digital banking services, banking distribution channels, retail banking products, credit analysis, information security, and financial and commercial literacy. Dr. Samah Arafa, Director of the Environmental Consulting and Technology Center at the University, indicated that the training program includes fourth-year students at Egyptian public and private universities, graduates from the current year, or a maximum of three graduates from the previous year, up to 2025. The minimum grade required is a "Good" (cumulative) GPA in the four years, or "Good" in the third year if the student is in the fourth year. She also explained that the program steps include completing all program components within one month. The registration period for those wishing to apply for the training program will end on July 13.
Trainees who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion from the Egyptian Banking Institute and will be able to upload their CVs and other required documents to the TFE platform, making it available to member banks of the Egyptian Banking Institute.
