Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, held a meeting with the newly appointed Assistant Secretary-General of the University, the newly selected General Directors, and those who were transferred to other positions. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Sobhy Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Nasser Abdelbary, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Dr. Ikramy Gamal, University Secretary-General.

At the beginning of the meeting, the University President congratulated the new Assistant Secretary-General and the newly appointed General Directors, emphasizing that their selection was based on rigorous and objective criteria set by the Supreme Committee for Administrative Leadership Selection. This ensures fairness, equal opportunities, and the appointment of the most capable candidates to bear responsibility. He also commended the contributions of the General Directors who were transferred to other posts, praising their dedication and efforts during their service. He clarified that such transfers aim to optimize the distribution of administrative expertise in support of the university’s educational, research, and community missions.

Dr. El-Kased stressed that Menoufia University operates under a clear strategy aligned with Egypt’s National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research and Egypt Vision 2030, ensuring sustainable development and keeping pace with modern challenges in education, research, and community service.

He highlighted the vital role of the administrative body as a cornerstone in the university’s development and success. Accordingly, the administration is keen on training, empowering, and supporting administrative leaders to ensure sustainability and efficiency in performance.

Addressing the newly transferred directors, he underlined that leadership rotation and renewal are essential for injecting fresh perspectives, fostering innovation, and improving the institutional performance. Such changes encourage the development of creative solutions to daily challenges, help discover new talents, and enhance the overall quality of services provided within the university.

During the meeting, Dr. El-Kased presented several key directives for improving the quality of administrative services offered to students, faculty, and staff. These included:
