The plan further includes developing the international students’ portfolio—as a key component of the educational system—and providing an enabling environment for distinguished researchers and talented students. Additional priorities include supporting specialized research initiatives, facilitating implementation procedures, expanding international partnerships to broaden opportunities for scientific collaboration, activating environmental and health initiatives, enhancing communication with the local community, and supporting projects aimed at resource conservation and efficient resource utilization.
