President of Menoufia University Congratulates Egyptian Women on International Women’s Day and Affirms Their Pioneering Role in Building Society

Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, extended his sincere congratulations and appreciation to Egyptian women in general, and particularly to the women and girls within the University—including faculty members, employees, and students—on the occasion of International Women's Day, in recognition of their significant role and outstanding contributions across various fields.

The President of the University affirmed that Egyptian women have always been, and continue to be, essential partners in the journey of construction and development. He emphasized that they have consistently demonstrated their ability to contribute and succeed in diverse scientific, professional, and social spheres. He also noted that the Egyptian state attaches great importance to women’s empowerment and to strengthening their effective participation across different sectors.

Prof. El-Kased further pointed out that Egyptian women have received unprecedented support under the leadership of H.E. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Egypt, who has given considerable attention to empowering women and enhancing their role in various fields of work and leadership. This has been reflected in the increased representation of women in leadership positions, in parliament, and across state institutions, demonstrating the state’s firm belief in women’s pivotal role in achieving sustainable development.

He added that Menoufia University takes great pride in the distinguished contributions made by women within the University in the fields of education, scientific research, and administrative work. He praised the prominent role played by female faculty members, women leaders, employees, and students in supporting the University’s path toward excellence and continuous development.

The President of the University concluded his message by wishing Egyptian women continued progress and success, hoping that they will always remain a source of strength and inspiration in the nation’s journey toward development and prosperity.
