The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences held  a training course on administrative communication skills under the auspices of Dr. Hayam Ayad, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Hala Shaheen, Undersecretary of the Faculty for Education and Students affairs, Dr. Wahid Salem, Undersecretary of The College for Community Service and Environmental Development, in which Dr. Aida Abdul Razek, the accredited trainer, attended, in the presence of Bilal Al-Shaqarifi, Director General of the College and representatives of the faculty's administrative staff.
At the beginning of the course Abdul Razzaq welcomed the attendees and recognized their expectations about the seminar, and then addressed the goal of the course and the detailed objectives, the areas of use of the skills of the art of communication by forming a team and the principles of team formation and the importance of learning the skills of the art of communication, elements of the communication process and methods of communication and planning, and its obstacles and how to overcome them.
At the end of the course, Abdul Razek answered the questions of the audience, and the Dean of the Faculty thanked the lecturer and presented her with a certificate of appreciation for her presence in presenting her experiences.
